Switched to Walgreen's Pharmacy recently and of the 5 refill prescriptions I've requested they have errored with all 5. 4 of the five they tried to charge me double. The fifth contained the wrong amount of pills. After each instance I was assured they had corrected their database to ensure no more mistakes. The database is still in error.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. They used to be spot on before they changed their computer system, but every single time we have a rx filled there is a mistake- either the computer doesn't let us know when refills are ready or they keep forgetting to sign us up for automatic refill (even tho we ask them to do so...every.single.time). Legit don't know which because they are condescending and rude when you, in confused state, inquire why a much needed and expected rx isn't ready. Also, can we just stop saying it's our computer system which was changed months ago and admit some incompetence or flat out apathy for the customer? The communication is non existent when they have to speak with the docs office and get back to us so we're waiting days for something to arrive only to go back and be told it's not there- ask your doc. Huh? Communicate, people....just as I am when I say we are moving EVERYTHING elsewhere and will not be back.

I will no longer be getting my prescriptions filled here. I have tried to be patient with their mistakes but I can only take so much!!! I have terrible migraines, I am supposed to receive quantity of 12 per month, multiple occasions I would receive 9, when I call out they say "Oh, we only had nine and so we filled it and so next time our computer recognizes the 9 and so it continues to refill at 9". Or you have no more on the prescription" I LOVE Walgreens web site because you can go back and see how many you have actually received and as of 1/1/19 I have been shorted 6 doses and those doses are very much needed!!! Do they not check your prescription before filling?????? Not only my migraine medication but also my high blood pressure medication has been short and I would receive a partial amount because they were out, I then call the next day as they said they would be in and I was told I picked up my full order the day prior. I brought in my bottle that was the partial order and showed to Pharmacist and she states "Our computer shows you have already picked them up. Did your husband pick them up? Are they in your car?" I said no and told her and showed her my bank statement that I only paid I believe 6 dollars and if it was a full prescription it would have been $40. She finally found the mistake and corrected it but after making me feel like they thought I was lying. If I can get on the website and see how many I have gotten, why can't they rather than arguing with me. I do have a medical background so I am not stupid when it comes too prescriptions.

This is my favorite Walgreens. I live between Muscatine and Davenport and have had nothing but headaches w/ my insurance and the pharmacies in Davenport, but Kelly and the rest of the pharmacy department always seem happy to help me sort out the issues. They answer the phone promptly and even call me back when they say they will.

Can't believe the treatment from this store. I was cut off twice and then they hung up on me. All I wanted to know was about auto refill. These women are rude and very unprofessional.
