Went to get gas on a Thursday night. Prepaid 60 on a pump and bought a couple sodas. Went out to pump the gas, and the pump had an error screen on it. So I walk back inside, and explain that the gas pump wasn't working and that I had prepaid 60 dollars. The cashier's continued to tell me that because the pump was down, it didn't charge me the 60...only four and some change for the sodas. After pulling my phone out and showing them that I was charged, they told me I needed to pay again, and said the money would be returned. I reluctantly paid FOR A SECOND TIME, and went and pumped my gas. After pumping, I went in and showed them that I now had TWO charges on my account. They continued to tell me it didn't charge and to wait for it to finalize. TWO DAYS LATER, I called up and told them I was still waiting for the money to return. Finally they decided to fill out a ticket to check into it. I sent a pic of the receipt for them to look up the transaction, with a promise to give a call back. I now am on day 5, with no call back, no refund, no answers. I was an every single day visitor of this store...I will never return to this gas station to purchase anything ever again.
Just an update on 10/30 2025, I find it very disgusting that they continually have their gas price 20 cents cheaper on their big billboard that you can see from the interstate, to draw more customers in...... when in all actuality gas price is 20 or 30 cents more.... for example the gas price on the big bull board says 268 a gallon, and on their small billboard when you actually pull into the gas station the gas price is $2.89. I just am so sick of gas stations and restaurants charging extra for things they forget or misleading customers and not being held accountable for it

Sign in window says store closed, no lights on inside at 7pm and all pumps have yellow tape around then. But still BIG sign lit up with gas prices...

By far one of the best Gas Station stops I’ve made during any of my travels. The staff are very kind and welcoming, store and bathrooms are clean. Cook made sure to make our order just how we asked. Overall 10/10 they deserve a raise.

Had to buy my own toilet paper from the store to use the restroom. Told staff at front they were out and waited ten minutes while they stood around and did nothing. Bathroom had water and toilet paper all over the floor as well.

On 12/27/24 there was no water in the sink in the women’s restroom. The automatic faucet was nonfunctional.

Driving from Salt Lake City to Massachusetts. We had to stop and get gas as well as coffee and maybe something to eat places really clean. Everything stopped.
Most interesting fact there bathrooms have the new Dyson hand dryers. The gas is also pretty cheap. Need some chickens.

The inside is nice the people are nice and I'm sure they're making money hands over fist because it's next to a campsite but they do not maintain the diesel pumps.

Let me start by saying we were in ny car but...The attitude of the staff was appalling enough with the side eye all ready!! And girls it is RUDE to stand there whispering in the cashier's ear!! (Two of them came out of the back & walked right up to the cashier's back) However, to be fair....The place was super clean and had nice amenities and facilities. Coffee is not bad just a little strong for me added water.

Pump cuts off at $125, I could not fill my tank. A 125 dollar cut off probably made sense 5 years ago but not anymore.
