Sarah is terrible. She should not be working in that store. She was yelling at her employees from across the store giving them directions. I tried to return an item had the receipt and unopened item and she told me she wasn’t returning it. Was very snotty.
Another incident with Sarah on a different day, My son grabbed a fresh cheeseburger from the Back and she yelled at him and said he needs to grab the first one and not the ones she just put out. Shame on Sarah!

Went in and the girl was talking to her coworker. She didn't acknowledge me at all. Rang up my stuff, knew I was having trouble with the machine, but walked off after continuing to talk to her coworker the whole time. I finally got the card to go through, bagged my own stuff, and left. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the laziness she displayed.

Super slow always a line that wraps around the building. It's always because "the system is so slow" I've never had an issue at any other Casey's. They need to repaint their lines in the parking lot. Half the time they have no food and the other half it's been in the warmers way past the stamped time.

I have now done 3 delivery orders in the past few weeks, and each order has had an issue. Once it was the wrong product, once the full order was not included and they had to send a second delivery person (DoorDash). This isn't an issue with DoorDash - the store staff assembles the order and places it in the bag. DoorDash just does the delivery. If you order, stick to the pizza. If you need chips, drinks or anything, go to the store and pick up yourself. As much as I love their food and stuff, this experience has been disappointing.
