Mari and Michael went above and beyond my expectations, and I truly am grateful for both of them.Mari and Michael have a caring approach and both are truly professional. This was my wife's second time workign with Mari. The first time was almost ten years ago, and they have only gotten better! Mari provided personal attention from beginning to end in our drawn-out decision-making process. She was a delight and incredibly patient! Michael and Jose delivered our mattress and went out of their way to make sure proper care was taken. They both provided clear instructions to make sure the mattress would last years to come. Incredible group of people all the way around, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Sweet Dreams.

Very enjoyable and personalized experience! Mari was excellent. I had never shopped for a mattress before, so I didn’t know what to expect or what I was looking for. After asking what kind of sleeper I am, we started with the basics and worked through what I liked and didn’t like. She doesn’t overwhelm you with choices. I tried out maybe 7 total, but didn’t go onto the next before eliminating one to figure out what felt best. There was no rush or pressure to decide on anything. I felt that Mari genuinely wanted to find me the perfect bed, enjoyed the process, and wouldn’t have let me buy one if it wasn’t just right. Very fair pricing on not only mattresses but a wonderfully curated selection of other home decor and furniture! Don’t go anywhere else to make such an important purchase - it’s worth the drive if you live out of town!

There is certainly NO better place to purchase a quality mattress at amazing prices! We have purchased from them several times now and 100% recommend them! You will get personal service and ample time to relax on their extensive selection of beds prior to purchasing. We have never been dissatisfied in any way and will continue to buy our beds from them as the years continue!

Awesome experience! The owner and her staff are very friendly and helped us out upgrading our mattress to a king. If it weren’t for them we would have been without a mattress for a while. Go here for your next mattress!

Mari is an amazing business woman-she takes the time to ask how you sleep, & what features you are looking for. Absolutely no pressure to buy & very patient so you can find the best match for you. Don’t waste your time with the big stores that don’t treat you well-buy local!!UPDATE: after one month of sleeping on the bed, I was having the worst back pain in my life & realized that the mattress was way too firm for me. I reached out to Mari & she allowed me to come back in to find a better match for me. I noticed a difference after only a couple of nights-no more severe back pain! Thank you Mari & your team for getting my replacement to me so soon-it’s made a world of difference!

Honestly couldn't talk higher of the company and staff. They took the time to show me the right option and did not just go straight to the highest priced beds. They provided the same or better pricing as online and MUCH better service! I will definitely be sending others their way and buying my next bed there.

I'm beyond impressed with the service from Mari, Michael and the team at Sweet Dreams.To be honest, I originally purchased a "Bed in a box" from Amazon, strictly for the price. When it arrived, it was the wrong item and it's been a hassle getting it returned.Mari and her team allowed me to try out a number of beds to find the perfect fit and comfort level.I may have paid more than I would have at a big box store, but you can't buy customer service and it sure doesn't hurt to support a local business.Thanks again!
