They did all the heavy lifting going thru the warranty process and getting ahold of Hyundai of DSM . They got me all the contact information that I needed. Total class act people and business!!! “I'm staying in Ames while my mother is in the hospital here. My regular mechanic is in Chicago. I heard a loud noise coming from under my car every time I went over a speed bump in the hospital parking ramp. Took my car to Macky's and asked if they could look at it. A very nice man immediately came out to the parking lot, looked under my car and was able to fix the problem (heat shield had come loose) in a few minutes. He very nicely explained everything to me, made a recommendation to have my mechanic take a look at it when I get back to Chicago, and I was back on the road with no more funny noises a few minutes later. Great experience--definitely would go back if I had another car problem while in Ames.”
