I find all the staff at this PO are rude and unprofessional They will not supply their name when asked I guess they forgot they are public servant's who are payed by are tax dollars. they don't even rate one star. Tell them to put trash can back in lobby for customers who pay for the PO Boxes I called all surrounding PO and they all every one had a trash can in there LOBBY!

this post office stages and is responsible for box delivery in rural towns. the delivery driver for my area is a total jerk. I leave plenty of space around my roadside box, and am normally at work and no vehicles are parked in the vicinity at all. today I didn't work the afternoon, and there was 15-20 feet beyond the box. I get a convenience note as he obviously is too old to steer around a vehicle parked on the curb that does not directly hinder his access to the box. this guy will get out of his vehicle and deliver mail to a house that doesn't even have a box up the street. he's a little tyrant about anything that he perceives as an inconvenience but isn't.

Priority mail used to take 2-3days it now takes 17-21 days. There is no overnight express mail..that takes 5-10days. And still missing a certified letter that Washington mail carrier allowed a stranger to sign for it and my daughter never did get it... inside a $1800 check. SO 2 STARS IS BEING GRACIOUS. the USPS has gone downhill. Ps.i have a good carrier delivering my mail. First time in years too!

Got in and out very quickly when dropping off Poshmark and getting stamps. Very efficient and knowledgeable clerks! We're new Nevada residents and we love this little Post Office

Idk who it is that is doing our mail delivery but we are not getting our mail. Me and several of my neighbors have called the post office and complained. This needs to be fixed. Tired of not getting our mail.

the rural delivery driver for thr Town of roland is a lazy bum. somedays he delivers, someday he decides its too tough to do his job. there are lots of people that will do the job. evidently the post office creeds doesn't cover cars you have to steer around between mailboxes.

Its been the 3rd time that my tax refund is returned to the irs, even though i talked with the supervisor and created two case numbers, ive been receiving my bills and everything except for the tax refund!!

It cost me 15 dollars for them to lose my mail. I don't get paid when I screw up at work but have to pay usps when they mess up. This wasn't a little mess up either. This was you charging me for a service and then charging 3 times as much for you to figure out why you didn't do your job in the first place. There shouldn't be fees to your customers when you didn't do your job. Will never use the post office for money orders again. If you check there website for list of lost money orders they lose 1000's a day. Venmo for now on for money transfers.
