“It appears to have been remodeled, yet they didn't fix the water pressure or clean/replace the HVAC system. The two items that make the room 5 star. The customer service was great. the location was perfect for my next day plans. King-sized bed with 4 tiny pillows, wish it was 4 king pillows 2 soft and 2 firm for the different sleepers that will stay there. I had to pile them in ways to sleep comfortably. The HVAC blows into the curtains as they are too long for the window, this was done to block the daylight if needed. My room was close to a main water line, I think, as I could hear everyone in my area retrieve water after flushing even though I didn't hear the flush. (Light sleeper issues)I was very happy with the customer service from the clerks that night and in the morning. Please thank the staff and phone service agent as they made things great for your company. Small items and your S8 will be 5 Star every day for all that stay there.”
