I used Beyond Elegance Party Rentals for my wedding linens. I contacted them only a month before my event and they were quick to help me out and had everything we needed! Their pricing is extremely reasonable and they were very easy to pick up from and return to. Highly recommend!

Very easy to order table runners. Colors came as described. Packed very well (no ironing or steaming). Shipment arrived on time and sending them back UPS was easy. Very professional, many colors to choose from. So happy I chose Beyond Elegance Party Rentals!

We experienced great customer service when we initially went into their store in Valley Junctions. After that it was pretty hands off, which surprised me, but everything turned out great. We had everything we needed and it looked wonderful.

Beyond Elegance had exactly what I needed for my wedding. I went in looking for linens and ended up renting linens and chargers (because the ones I previously wanted didn't meet my expectations. They price matched, which was even better. Drop off and pick up was super easy - I would definitely work with them again in the future!

Beyond Elegance is a great rental company! I sent out a check to reserve my order and it never made it to them. They still fulfilled my order 3 days before my event and helped in every way possible. Their linen choice selection is vast, on top of their other rentals, table decorations, for weddings (or other events). I highly recommend them!

Beyond Elegance is awesome to work with. I rented tables, chairs and linens for my daughter's pool side tea party baby shower. The rental, delivery and pickup process was very easy and their products were in excellent condition. I highly recommend using Beyond Elegance for your party rentals.

Items arrived as described, especially after a short notice order. Due to the ice storms, we weren’t sure if the items would arrive on time for my event, but Diana stayed in touch with me every step of the way and ensured everything made it on time. Easy to follow directions for returns as well. Even though they are very far away from where my business is located, their pricing and customer service ensure that I will definitely use them again!

Spoke to someone regarding a quote and was told I would receive it within 24 hours. I left a message to follow-up; however, I have yet to receive a call back or a quote. I ended up finding the item elsewhere. So much for customer service.

We own a Party Equipment Rental store in Northern MN... the gals at Beyond Elegance do an exceptional job in delivering quality product time after time! AND - They are so great to work with - always pleasant and helpful. We thought we might try another vendor to save shipping fees this season... that didn't work out so well and back to Beyond Elegance we went!
