I had an account for many yrs then left because I got a home loan at another bank because my husband wanted to use that bank. They offered 500 dollars towards our loan if I moved my account. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!! I went back to Great Southern after yrs of dissatisfaction from the other bank. I enjoy every time I go into Great Southern. All the employees are friendly and eager to help. I never have to wait in a long line to do my banking. Today I went in to see about a loan. Shannon was a HUGE help! She made the process quick and stress free!
