Ordered a taco pizza came with no lettuce on it. Staff said they ran out after we called back to find out why when we got it home. Not very customer service centered , some one should have let us know what we were paying for

I just discovered that I won't use Casey's anymore. With a 75 gallon tank, I always prepay $300 inside at the counter rather than having to swipe multiple times at the pump because of the $100 limit. After I went inside, to my dismay, I was informed that there was a $100 limit at the counter as well. This is the first time I've encountered this after filling up at gas stations all across the country for the past 6 years. Also, an employee who was stocking the shelves was sniffling and wiping her nose on her hand. Yummy!

The ladies working here have been exclusively rude and unprofessional with me as a customer. Only two of the many staff have been polite and kind. Good service in morning and early afternoon but after that, the service becomes absolute garbage. Go anywhere else if it is after 3 PM. There is a large Casey's truck stop at the Next exit. Go there instead.

Couple pumps are out of service, then the ones that work are glitchy. Waste of time.

Place has went down hill, only half their pumps ever work along with card readers at the pump. You can go in get a drink wait in line for a few minutes and come out to a whopping 8-10 gallons of gas in about a 7-9 mins period. Also if you use a debt card the gas pump will lock the card till your doing pumping before it will let you buy anything which is a huge waste of time. A stop at a gas station for a drink and fill up should not take 30 mins. Your better off going to the station across the street.
