My first experience with cricket in Newton started with a telephone call with Brandy, and she was very pleasant and helpful. I went to the store the following day, where Faith got me set up with a new hotspot. She was knowledgeable and pleasant, and it was the most efficient Wireless experience I have ever had. I don’t know if the device actually works yet, but the return policy is satisfactory and I have no doubt they will do whatever it takes to make it right if there is a problem.

Service was sufficient. They didn't have a variety of phones to choose from.Prices are a bit high.Customer service was not very receptive to questions and prices.
