    Kelly is aweful. While visiting a friend of mine, she served her an eviction notice all because her child had climbed out a window. She’s manipulative and very rude. She won’t allow her kids to play outside for absolutely no reason. There’s more but I’ll add that once she’s no longer there.

    Raist manager they don't fix anything. Most the the manager is very Hostile, choice your residence if you're a minority already and if you have an issue if you're a minority, they refuse to do. There are excellent about putting extra charges on ur rent for stuff they failed to fix but will tell their boss that they do... read full comment

    Very poor since Artisan left. The new manager just wants to set at her deck. Doesn't like to address issues. Just clears the work ordered without looks at the full order. There is no on call for the weekends. So if you have issues you're on your own.
