The staff at the Newton, Iowa location especially one of the managers, Brady and one of the truck repair workers, Josh were so incredibly helpful and kind! They were honestly angels!! We were from out of town and had a tire problem and Brady willingly repaired it for us and Josh put air in it, even though he usually only works on trucks. They were truly such blessings and we are so grateful! 11/10 recommend this Love’s!!

I’m a driver who signed up to get a tire fixed at 4:30pm June 7 Friday , i was told that if i waited 3 hours i could get repaired. After patiently waiting the specified time plus 2 additional hours . @LovsTravelStop The employees just closed the repair center without a phone call or warning after false promises of getting repaired this evening . Horrible service , Still have a flat tire and 5 hours of my time wasted.

No showers, no bathrooms, both coffee makers out of order and McDonald’s not open when they say they are. This place is a dump.

Shower was clean, and the water was hot, but cheap shower heads ruined the experience, especially when they cost $17 if you don't have shower credits.

Employee Ava was not friendly at all. Nobody likes being treated like a criminal. Maybe it was the color of my skin. She seems like a very prejudice person. Truck parking lot has trash and bottles of piss all over the place too. Isn't Loves motto CLEAN PLACES AND FRIENDLY FACES? This place failed at both of these.
