  A+ experience here! My salesman was Jonathan. He was friendly and accommodating, honest and polite; a total class act! I was buying a lower priced car and they treated me like I was buying their most expensive one. They did everything they could to make sure I left happy. Would 100% recommend to others and would definitely go back.

  I have to say I’ve dealt with very many dealerships and this is the only place that really made me feel like I wasn’t an inconvenience. I had an issue with the first car and I informed them of the issues and instead of telling me that I was out of luck they got me the car of my dreams. As a delivery driver safety in a car is my first priority and they understood that. No hassles no rudeness just kindness and very helpful. Also Edwin is such a great guy! If your looking for your next car then go on down and see Edwin he will happily get you the perfect fit for you. Thanks again guys. It means a lot!

  Edit: actually I'm not even a week into my purchase and vehicle won't start due to a faulty starter. I had to purchase a battery immediately, now a starter. I'm going to get a new belt and tensioner assembly, alternator because it's not holding power adequately upon testing, new spark plugs and coil packs as well. The vehicle will have to get towed to get fixed since I broke down on the complete opposite end of town. So we are $1500 into a car without labor that I haven't had for a week. Stay away from Gregg Young's lots. I get its an as is vehicle, but for paying sticker value for the car in cash, I expected more than what a private lot could have offered me. Lesson learned. You're welcome for taking the problem off your hands though. I'll fix it.

  Tried to sell the car we purchased for $6,800 and then finally came down on price when we had already drove 45 min home and then called me. When we picked up the car it wouldn’t start and needed jumped. Not only does it need a new battery but a starter amongst other things. Totally understand buying an “as is” used car but there was no mention of any of this before the sale and definitely tried to get more money than it was worth.
  
  To add my husband’s car wouldn’t start today and needs towed. We also haven’t received the cash they didn’t have change for. Would be happy to talk to someone about what they owe me for selling me a car that already needs $1000 put into it and it hasn’t even been a week since we bought it. Very disappointed.

  Went in to look at used vehicles. Damien, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable, friendly and really listened to what I was looking for. Mark in finance was also very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to get the monthly payment down to within our budget.
