this Shop is horrible been her 3 days they find every excuse not to work, day one mechanics whole shop are sick, day 2 have no parts i went got parts then they found other excuses not to do work, day three ok they are going to get the job done then last minute found an excuse, if u have truck trailer issues go different loves or shop, these guys are professional lazy employees

This guys are a big joke, they are lazy I don’t know how they even take their diplomas for mechanic. Truckers read all these reviews and pass this shop if you don’t want to waste your time. I stop for a coolant leak and the big guy with black long hair who make a pressure test on my coolant to see where is leaking doesn’t really know what he is doing, he doesn’t even know how to do a pressure test the right way and he change the wrong hose😡 5 miles later my coolant spill out again. The funny part is that they refuse to come and take a look again on the shoulder. They offer me more coolant which I has to pay like a roadside assistance, so I can make it to the dealer. Then why the hell I pay you and then I must pay to the dealer again for same problem. While the truck was in the shop for inspection, Dylan the manager ask me if want to change some other parts on my truck which they doesn’t have to be changet yet. I am so glad that I refused to change this parts and save a couple thousand of dollars.

I understand that sometimes you don’t have people. But imagine if you left car folk in the lurch at night and didn’t bother to tell them that they weren’t getting service. You’d be laughed at and done. No one would sleep there and wait until you had a tech again and maybe someday. I think that it’s discourteous to just leave me sit without telling me so I can choose what to do. I am loaded. Also this is not an exceptional request. Just a chassis lube. Imagine if we filled the world with PM instead of dangerous road repairs. I left TA to be here because they couldn’t squeeze in a chassis lube with four service orders. A chassis lube takes maybe ten minutes. Easiest money all day besides maybe a retorque. Waiting for some of these things is obscene. I’m not sure I understand why we are waiting hours for these super simple things. Super easy money. You’re just throwing it away.

A big no if you guys really don’t want to wait here for 5 to 6 six hours even if no truck is on there bay but still they will make you wait cz they work on clock so they do not care for your time had an argument with one guy with long hair maned greeg he tried to take me off from checking list cz I came n asked them can I pull into the bay as if the bay was empty and no truck was there n guy on counter told me earlier to pull in as soon as the truck pulls out. He was so disrespectful to me as soon as I started recording his voice came down and he stopped his weird acting and actions . Just go n check more reviews for lazy mechanic with long hair
