They did a Great job on my car when I had to take it in for repairs late last month which looks as good as it did before it got hit, they even cleaned the dash and floor which was unexpected but well appreciated.

I used to hold Sullivan’s Auto Body shop in high esteem for quality and craftsmanship but after hiring them to make some paint corrections and install a new sail panel on my 2000 Firehawk I have to say I am disappointed in their quality, craftsmanship, and general willingness to cut corners. I do not know why they thought shabby work was acceptable on a very well maintained classic vehicle and based on my experience with them I won’t recommend them to anyone. The details of my story is below.
I took my Trans Am Firehawk to Sullivan’s Auto Body Shop to have the sail panel replaced and have some paint corrections made.
The door mirror housings had been removed from the car scuffed and ready to paint. All they had to do was paint and buff them. The door mirrors were nicely buffed on the top but they neglected to buff the orange peel off the bottom of the mirrors.
While glueing the sailpanel behind the T-tops they misaligned it and modifications had to be made to the sailpanel to get the trim pieces to fit around the doors. I let this slide and they gave me a coupon for a free lvl 1 vehicle detailing.
The paint corrections also required the drivers side door to be painted. The clear coat at the top of the door was buffed nicely but when I went to place the mfg decals on the bottom of the door I noticed the bottom 1/3 of the door had not beeped buffed and the orange peel was bad enough to cause ripples in the decal.
After having the orange peel buffed out of the lower 1/3rd of the door several craters remained in the clear coat.
The complimentary detailing was also scheduled with the door orange peel correction, but when I picked up my car it had not been detailed inside but they did take the complimentary detailing coupon.

This is the second time I’ve used Sullivan and I’m very impressed!! Not only did they do great work they cleaned my car inside as well as outside and gave me a great cup that keeps my cappuccino warm.

There work is 6/10 they get away with a lot because they're the only option in Newton. Trims popping up because they glued it down after breaking the clips that are supposed to hold them down. Drip marks in the paint. Cracking paint. They paired up to do alignment with Cappy's wasn't right. Make the tow to Des Moines. It'll be worth it. Although I must that lady at the front desk was absolutely terrific. She gets all 6 out of 10.

Sullivan Auto Body did a great job on my Honda Passport. I couldn't even tell where the scrapes were. I highly recommend Sullivan's for any auto body work you need done. Their prices are very reasonable and they do great work!

I hail damage repair on my black truck. The next day after picking up the. Truck there was swirl in the paint. And the back seat had body dust and boot print not clean up. I took the truck back and the clean the truck again. I also had the clean all the clear cost overspray on the glass and front grill and bumper.The repair work was good but they don’t clean the vehicle. Very good and they did twice.
