The ATM is broken a lot here. It’s annoying and inconvenient. Sometimes I wonder if it’s a way to keep me from using cash ? I wish that you could add more machines to your network that are more reliable so I can avoid the fees and use the cash when I’d like it

Only open until 4:00 is ridiculous on weekdays. I don't know any other bank that does this. Our department just switched to US Bank and the hours are super inconvenient. The lines are long, most likely because everyone is trying to get there before they close up for the day. ATM is NOT an option for our deposits!
