Okay Walgreens here in Newton Iowa you seem to be having staffing shortages which is extremely unfair to your patients thus I have transferred my pharmaceuticals out of your store to Hy-Vee. I think you're going to see a mass exodus because you just can't service your patients this is not our fault we need somebody that we can rely on and apparently it's not Walgreens so sad maybe when enough people have left your store you will be able to handle filling prescriptions. Makes me wonder if somebody internally knows that this store is about to close.

Sage is amazing and very helpful with an adorable smile! I was just in and she helped me find exactly what I needed!! Usually when you go into places nowadays customer service isn’t always the best but Sage nailed it! While I was there and she was done helping me I notice her helping other staff members and customers. That girl can juggle a lot and still have a smile! Way to go Sage!!

They got a 1 because ZERO was not an option. We were there this morning looking for something to ease extreme foot pain and the girl behind the pharmacy counter was rude and would not even come out to help us find anything. We went to Walmart and they were happy to help and found a couple things to try. THANKS WALMART.

I bought items and got my money back. When asking the rep to change it for an smaller bills I was told they don't carry $10 bills there anymore. The rep was very rude. I will not go back to this location ever!

Was told 2 pictures we ordered would be ready yesterday at 2pm. Went in at 4:45pm and not ready. Went back tonight at 6:30pm and still not done. Told to call before I come in tomorrow to make sure they are ready.

Went through drive thru for Claritin D. I was told to come inside. I was walking inside store to pharmacy when they closed the gate on me. I was about 20 feet from counter. It was 1:27pm. The pharmacy closes at 1:30. They told me to come inside and then closed on my face. Very unprofessional in the pharmacy. On my way out I asked the cashier up front what time the pharmacy closes, to which she replied 1:30. I told her it was only 1:27. Sad.

Team Leader Brit was unprofessional and rude at the check out. She was very rude throughout the interaction. She bagged the item and then just walked away. As a Team Leader you would think that she would be held to a higher standard but it seems like she doesn’t care.

Did my COVID swab test through the drive through and was told my test results would be mailed to me within 3 hours, even though Walgreens' website says up to 24 hours. I waited 3, then 24, then 72 hours and still no results. I call the pharmacy today only to find the test was still in their lab, never processed... so I missed 2 days of work due to their incompetence. I will not be returning.

One of the worst walgreens. They lied to me that covid test will be pick by labcorp the same say instead it took 3 days and I miss my flight. Shut down the pharmacy in Newtown

When we ask for help, the clerks are very helpful and walk with us to the products we are looking for. Great store.

This store is horrible. I went in and got to the back of the store (going through many aisles) before I saw anyone who worked there. I didn't need any help until I got to the photo counter. There were 2 ladies ahead of me waiting. A worker came from the back saw there was a line at the photo counter and then walked the other way. We waited for another few minutes before another worker came out. She looked at us and started walking away. I said can we get some help? She looked irritated and didn't hide it. She came to the desk, called for help and walked away. Someone finally came and neither the ladies' order or my order was completed (even though I sent it in yesterday and it said it would be ready to pick up after 8 something in the morning. I went there after 11 something). So we had to wait for both orders to be complete. I walked around the store for a couple minutes and walked back and the worker at the counter walked away and didn't bother to come back. There were 2 other workers filling the alcohol shelves (they could see me and I could see them. They did not offer to help or give me any attention). The lady at the front registers asked if I have been helped (I misunderstood her thinking she asked if she could help me). I waited a few minutes more and asked her to help me. I said the lady that helped me disappeared. So she went to find her, the photo lady came from the back and gave me the photos. Then I went up to the front counter and something happened with the register and it had to be voided. The lady helping me had to page for help (3 times before anyone came) to void the order and help check out the 3 to 4 other people waiting in line. Also I hate that using the coupon for any certain amount of money off $25 worth of product goes on your Walgreens card (which we use my husband's and I didn't have it) so I couldn't use it right then and there.People might excuse this behavior for low staffing due to Covid (which is still not an excuse by the way!) but this place had these problems for years. I am not the only one who has talked about it. I wouldn't go there if there were any other decent photo places in town! This is ridiculous!

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I spent 5 phone calls and over 30 minutes to try and talk to someone. After 7 minutes you get disconnected.

It's a clean store I just wish there was more the two employees for the whole store to make it more efficient and customer friendly to use
