If I could post a a zero star review I would I've had two very serious problems going into Walmart this week and the kids that run the customer service section back they don't know how to take care of a customer. I literally walked in the door, bought something, went out to the car and came back in and realized I had already purchased it and then I went back into the store to try to exchange it, and they wouldn't exchange it because I didn't have a receipt, but the only problem was the person that gave me. My bag did not give me a receipt And the snotty women give you snotty attitude I'm reporting this to corporate because they are not honoring Walmart's return policy. I would rather drive 50 miles to a different Walmart than to ever go to this one ever again because of the piss poor customer service. You should be ashamed of yours and you guys should take a look at this and their employees and how they treat their customers because I know a lot of people that the same exact thing Get rid of that especially that woman with the pink hair that think that she's a Manager around there All she does know how to manage is picking her nose and looking like a big fat fucking slob

Came in to get tire repaired and manager comes out yelling at the associate about how it's an hour before close and he said I know it isn't as bad as it looks. She continues to yell at the associate and the customers about how it's getting too late. I come inside to wait for my tire to get repaired and the manager starts yelling at another associate about how he needs to get doing stuff and he said he's getting on it. Mind you this one was a new hire and wasn't sure of the situation fully. The manager keeps yelling at him until he gets out into the service bay. She then talks negative about the poor kid to the customer she was talking to. The associates were very helpful but the manager was degrading to the staff and customers. The fact that the employees maintain a positive attitude with such disrespect from their manager is astounding and they deserve better. The unprofessional behavior exhibited by this person is unacceptable and she should be terminated because I know this is a daily behavior and it is inexcusable no matter what is going on. To add to it I was charged double for something that said per tire not per hole.

I was extremely disappointed after shopping at this store. The only reason I went to the Newton Walmart is because I needed ink cartridges and didn't know where else to go in town. First, as I was entering the store, I asked the greeter where were the ink cartridges, she didn't even know but guessed between two departments, nor did she attempt to look it up for me. I guess the Associates aren't even trained about their product locations??? Next, the product appeared empty, but I looked on the shelf below and there were many of the product scattered and mixed in with other cartridges on the bottom shelf. Finally, as I went to check out, there was only one register open with a live person, and a long line of customers, many elderly, waiting in line. The alternative was the dreaded automatic check-out. I attempted to remove an item that was priced over the sales price listed on the shelf, but the computer stopped the process and I had to wait for a sales associate. The nice saleslady in the self-check area was already overwhelmed with customers waiting for her assistance. She kindly came over to me and pressed the release button so I could proceed. The Christmas area was sloppy and sad. It makes me very unhappy that Walmart continues to put so many local stores out of business in these small towns so that we have so few alternatives.

They are not up to standards as far as compared to any of the other wal marts. If something runs out, it can be up to 3 weeks before it gets restocked. And I don't care what the associates tell you, they don't get everything delivered every 2-3 days. Managers are never around and associates are, for the most part, undertrained or simply just rude. There are some great associates but I have had to tell 5 checkers plus an assistant manager how to run a check through the self check out. They also play favorites with employees. One employee always parks in the very first space by the door. This should be left for customers who can't get around well. She also is a very rude person for a greeter. In the 29 years of frequenting Wal Mart, she has greeted me ONCE. If there was any other place in Newton to go, believe me I would never go to Wal Mart again!

Awful. Not only did I get sneered at by their greeter, but because the self checkout wasn't being supervised.. My gift card ended up being used and my transaction didn't go through. I'm out $16 and didn't make my purchase.. Axel, the manager here, was not helpful. Told me my card just "didn't work" and would not check the self checkout counter to see that I was telling the truth or had been ripped off. So I asked what about my money and he might as well have laughed in my face. Not a convenient stop off the highway, either..

Slow cashiers. They have quit carrying things that I use to get on a regular basis. Most employees were civil and helpful. Just seems like the isles and everything were dirty and crowded. Hard to maneuver around. Just not happy with this walmart.
