“I had a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Jimmy. I had recently been pulled over for a dim headlight, even though the bulb had been replaced less than a year ago. I came in to purchase a new headlight bulb and explained the situation to Jimmy. He quickly found the correct bulb and, while installing it, realized the previous one had not been put in properly. It was a little tricky, but he took the time to make sure the bulb was securely locked in place. I could immediately tell the difference once he was done, so I had him replace the other side as well. Jimmy was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. The service was wonderful, and I would not hesitate to come back for any future auto parts needs and ask for his assistance.”
