idk if they need help or what... never any food morning or afternoon and don't forget to always count on a line of 6+ customers and only one cashier. literally always have to plan to make a Casey's stop earlier bc i end up being in there for 10-15 mins for a breakfast pizza and a drink. IF THEY EVEN HAVE ANY FOOD LEFT EVER!!!!!! I was a frequent customer and now i try to NEVER STOP.

Stopped in here and left my earbuds on the counter when I paid. I called when I realized, and the employee said to call back when the manager arrived, as they gave them to the manager. They gave me a phone number. I called back later and it was the pizza kitchen that answered, and was told the manager left for the day, then was also told I was speaking to the manager. I asked if my ear buds had been found and was told they hadn't seen any, sorry There was some other weird comments, too, which made it clear they pocketed them. This was a larger 30s aged woman with short hair. It was very obviously a scam. Nothing like getting the runaround when you are traveling, and you know someone is stealing from you. I come through that area often, and will be sure to avoid from now on.

Small Town Casey's. The bathroom was clean, the pizza displays were full, with at least 3 different breakfast pizzas. The donuts were aplenty too. Gas prices were pretty much higher compared to the other places, but that happens to be a Casey's problem. Right off the highway, easy access!

I went to this Casey's to get gas and used my Hy-Vee Rewards to get 30 cents off per gallon. Great deal!! I ended up going inside because the machine outside was out of paper and never printed my receipt. I also went inside to use restroom and it appeared pretty clean. The gentleman working at the checkout counter was very kind and helped me by printing me a receipt for my gas and also selling me lottery tickets. The man apologized about the paper being out at the pump and told me he would get it changed out. Overall, pretty good experience!

Never have slices prepared no matter what time of the day it is. Always a 30 minute wait because they are lazy. It is one black gentleman that makes great pizza and always have the slices stocked but the others suck. Nasty bathrooms and below friendly staff horrible place can't wait till the new Casey's is built nearby in North Liberty. Straight Ttash business and Lazy workers

They are not friendly or kind here. In fact they are rude and not worth dealing with. The pizza they make are marginal at best.

I ordered a couple pizzas online, waited an 45-hour and when I got there the pizzas weren't even made. The guys making it said that they was "just going through the oven". They were not. When they finally made he pizzas, they were incorrect and I had to wait for another to be made. I also paid for extra topping on both pizzas, did not receive what I paid for. (who charges an extra $1.75 for pickles on a Bacon Cheeseburger? ...Casey's does) I sent a friendly email about my situation in the store. That was 10 days ago, and I am still waiting a reply. I probably wouldn't have been as upset if the workers would have just been honest.
