Great Place to shop for countertops. Have a great selection and actually took the time to photograph the slabs so that they could line up the necessary cuts so the veining would run together as seamlessly as possible making the cuts far less noticeable. I intend to use them more in the future.

We worked with Granite Custom as a subcontractor while we rebuilt our house. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Mirela knows every detail you could possible need to know and does a great job guiding you as you select your countertops and package options. Everything turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Granite Custom to anyone looking for stone countertops in their home.

Horrible horrible service all round. They don’t keep their word, make sure you get everything in writing if you go there and read over everything carefully. Florian Pope is a liar, he will make promises verbally and give you completely different documentation. They’re mean and awful people. Please go somewhere more professional and trustworthy!!

Terrible customer service from the moment my wife and I walked in. We made an appointment and when we arrived we were treated by lady who treated us like she had no clue why we were even in the store. Went outside to look at what they had and the terrible customer service continued as the lady was trying to convince us to get colors/schemes which we expressed we didn’t prefer to look at. Will not be back.

In my experience, Granite Custom Design is a superior company because of its product offering, cutting-edge technology, but most of all customer service. With the many shops that sell, fabricate and install countertop stone this company stands out because it strives for top notch quality with very competitive prices. During the entire process and in the end I was extremely satisfied with my quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops.

They have done several projects for my home in Amana and I have been nothing but thrilled with all the work they have done. I even introduced my mom to them and the did her entire kitchen, it was stunning. Great people, very friendly and when I had one the pieces cut a little wrong (due to brand new equipment) they not only replaced it but gave me a discount for the wait. They are very reasonable and I am headed there again for another project!

I signed a contract and gave my deposit. Florien gave me the name of a man to unhook my plumbing and do some trim work. I called the man and set up the time for him to come. Four days before my counters were to be installed, I received a check in the mail for the amount of my deposit. I called Florien and he said they were not coming. I was supposed to call him back and verify that I had hired someone to do the plumbing and trim work. I don't recall this at all. I waited 6 weeks for my counters and now they aren't coming? One phone call would have straightened this all out. Customer service was horrible!! Totally rude on the phone. Telling everyone I know who NOT to use for their countertops.
