He gave us a very reasonable cost - which was not to be paid until the furniture arrived in WA - no money up front! He answered all our questions. He kept us up to date with the process. The driver of the moving truck was wonderful. Gave us updates along the route. The whole experience was great!”

“Growing up, I recall Maher Brothers as an Iowa City institution for all things related to moving and storage. Their "bankers boxes" have been a favorite for decades. It's nice that the business is still thriving. There is a PDF document on their website that describes the first 100 years of service from 1922-2022. Hopefully the next 100 years will be just as innovative.”

Nick Ariano is so accurate with weight and the boxes that you’ll need. He gets back to you almost within the hour. He’s very knowledgeable an excellent agent and easy to work with. Ryan moved us this past May. Very responsible while in your home, packing, and delivering, absolutely no issues. Recently Antonio P moved our daughters belongings. “I had a great experience using PODS for my move from Irvine, California, to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Everything arrived safely, and the process was straightforward.
A special shout-out to my driver, Mark, who went above and beyond. Before leaving, he made sure I could actually open the POD and even helped maneuver it slightly to relieve pressure on the door when it was stuck. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure I knew about Iowa regulations regarding not blocking the sidewalk with the POD.
