Went here after we received poor service from the Coralville location.Had to get my 79 year old father his first smartphone. Nick seemed very helpful but ended up getting everything wrong. Put him on the wrong plan, charged activation fee and charged him for the phone of which none of these should have been applied due to a promotion that US Cellular offered in a letter due to his phone not being compatible with the changes to 3G. It was all messed up from the beginning! Phone was shipped to the store instead of his home address. Had to contact US Cellular 3 times to get corrected! We will see if all is fixed on the next bill like they promised it would be!

I went to Next Generation Wireless in North Liberty to discuss phone upgrade options and Alex assisted me upgrading my plan and helped me get a new I phone 13. The phone is amazing but it does not float !! With that said, yes I lost it in the Coralville reservoir 2 days later. I called the North Liberty store and they had my old phone re activated in less than an hour and I filed an insurance claim at 8:00 Friday night and had a replacement phone in my hands Monday evening. I could not have asked for any better service. Thanks again! Dave

Couldn't get a Samsung s21 Ultra from the Coralville store so I called and Trinna said she had 1 left and that she would hold it for me. I got there at 6:00p.m. and she immediately started to transfer photos' and other data from my phone. At about 6:24 there was still 39 minutes left of transfer time. The transfer time ended at 7:17p.m. and I kept apologizing that I had too many things on my phone. Her response was "I don't mind" You're my customer and I will stay until its finished for you. I have never beentreat this good by any customer service person and she deserves a BIG "High FiveThank You once again!!"

Went in to add a line and upgrade phones, not only was Annie super polite and on top of her game, she upgraded my plan and saved quite a bit of money on the phone upgrade! Would definitely recommend going to this location. Thanks Annie!

This place is the best to go! I've been to Williamsburg, Coraville and Iowa City. They by far have the best customer service! I will not go anywhere else. I have had to many problems at the other 3 places and left the other places ready to switch companies. The other places would give me a price of my new contract and when I got the bill it was higher then quote. But not North liberty. They give you a print out of exactly what your bill will be so there's no he said she said stuff. I've been to all of them and this is the only one that is helpful. People purchase your phone there! Oh and I'm pretty sure we have worked with at least 6 different people there.

It was either Trina who my mother and I worked with. She went above and beyond and helped lower are plan despite that not being what we came for. She was very informative and thorough with us making sure we knew what our best options were. She was not pushy and was very knowledgable in her area. Extremely thankful for our service.
