Awesome Casey’s here in Northwood, IA. When I came in, the store was very nice, clean, & organized well. The store ,at the time I came, had a decent selection of hot food & bakery items. I grabbed a 44oz fountain drink, a slice of pizza (Pepperoni), & a 3pk of Chocolate Chunk Cookies. The staff member at the counter was very nice & chill. The exterior of the store was also very clean. I hope this Casey’s keeps up their great service to the people of Northwood, IA.-ShyGun670

Ordered 2 pizzas last weekend. They were not what I ordered. Order a pizza tonight, guess what! Not the right pizza. Showed them on the phone what I ordered, said they couldn't do anything about it cause it didn't show up that way on their machine. Better get a new machine. 😠

The staff is friendly, and they don't harass me about my emotional support dog, in fact they gave me a bowl so my dog could get a drink of water, and in my book if you treat my dog right your golden, because not many treat my dog kindly. I usually get harassed until I pull out her I'd which I carry everywhere. My hats off to the staff.

We ordered two pizzas from Casey's today. For the first time in a long time they were good. Northwood Casey's use to have the Best pizza, so glad to see it is coming back again! Keep up the good work!

The kid working the register today was friendly and helpful , the lady sitting behind him micromanaging his every move was very distasteful and nobody should ever be treated that way.
