“The Olwein Arnold machine shop and store has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Between the shop and store the employees and manager went above and beyond there duties and made me feel like my business mattered to them. They now have a life time customer with me and my son. Will drive the hour to buy parts and use the machine shop services anytime , thank you all so very much. I live by vinton and that Arnold store seem like I was a bother Ryan works in the machine shop and this man went above and beyond his job duties to help me and my son. I surely hope the company recognizes this man for all that he does to support this company and his duties, thanks for your honesty , with ethic and the experience you gave!”
