Being a new home owner little things have been popping up. Have only been in a couple times, but have always been greeted and asked if I needed help. Haven't been pointed down a wrong aisle, and the selection is good for what I've needed.

I am a regular customer at Lumber Ridge, but am considering taking my business elsewhere after how I saw the owner treating one of her employees yesterday. She was dressing down an employee for not dusting the items in the back of the shelves. Even if that was true, you don't denigrate an employee in front of other staff and customers. Frankly I felt sorry for the staff person and the other staff who must have thought that could have been them. I feel sorry for the owner as she must not have had good role models as to how to be an effective employer. And I feel sorry for the customers who witnessed this unprofessionalism from the place we spend our money. It improve, the owner needs to apologize to her staff and demonstrate that she supports her staff to earn back my patronage.
