“The gentleman that helped us with this store was absolutely amazing! He was funny kind and really knew what he was talking about. However was not pleased with phone covers and the color of phones. He basically had two colors to choose from. The same went for the tablet that I purchased as well. Actually had to go online to find whatever it was I wanted.”

“Nick and his manager (I didn't get her name) were amazing! We went in to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. They were incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. Nick seemed new and had lots of questions for his manager and she was great at helping him navigate his role and helping explain things to us. Nick did an awesome job working with us. As we were finishing up our enrollment, they noticed we lived and worked in a dead service area. They could have continued signing us up but instead they were so transparent about it. They gave us the chance to test out the network for the weekend to see if we could get by in the dead zone. Unfortunately the service was unaccessible and we were not able to follow through switching to T-Mobile. However when the new tower goes up next year we will 100% be bringing our business back to this location. Not many businesses puts their clients above a sale, but these guys did!”
