Response time is so quick and swift! Taylor was able to answer all my questions, he’s very knowledgeable on everything cycling! Turn around time, shipment and keeping me updated were all on point! Definitely will be doing business with Okoboji Cyclist again!

Staff was entertaining and very welcoming to an out of towner coming to purchase a bike at the end of a work day. Bike was honestly represented and worth the drive. Great communication through the entire transaction process. Highly recommend!
