Super disappointed. I bought a Gizmo watch here and I wished I would have just bought it online through Verizon. I was charged $185 for a $150 watch (which I did not see, never was given a total) plus I was charged $35 in store for activation and also $35 on my bill. A total of $70 extra just for buying in store? I had to call Verizon 3 times to get it sorted out. I would recommend going to an actual Verizon store or just buying online/via the app.

Shonelle was fabulous helping us pick out new iPhones and a new Apple Watch, and getting everything set up. The process went past the store hours and she willingly continued waiting on us to get the new devices set up and getting us on our way!

In considering a new phone, went back to Verizon having been a customer for 23 years, and had a great experience. Hunter detailed the phone comparisons I was looking at and ordered that day. My next appointment was with Boston who helped me get set up etc and so happy with my new phone. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with!

Hunter and Chandler were very helpful and polite helping my husband and I buy a new phone. They were very patient also with us courteous. alot of younger people arent respectful, but these two young salesman were very kind. theyre keepers

I bought a $1,400 i-phone from Verizon Spirit Lake store. I went in on a Saturday at 3 o’clock. There was no one in the store with three associates standing around.
I bought a screen protector from a Verizon store, but not their store. When I went to have them apply a replacement screen protector (I received per the warranty) on the $1,400 phone I bought from them, they refused to put it on my phone because “I didn’t purchase the screen protector from their store.”
No problem boys, that’ll be the last time I ever buy anything from that store. And all over installation of a screen protector that would’ve taken five minutes and cost nothing. #customerservice
