“Was referred here by Verizon to replace a battery in a Pixel that was out of warranty. Didn't realize they did cell phone repairs. They did their own diagnostics for free, gave me the choice of OEM or generic on the battery, only charged $60 for labor. Took 1 business day for them to get the battery, and then was only without my phone for about 90 minutes while they did the repair. Awesome communication throughout.”
