Probably would get better connection if I stabbed a potato with antennas and an extension cord then proceeded to scream app names at it. Customer service? Better luck getting the truth from a dude whispering sweet nothings into your ear in the bar at 1 am

Terrible internet speeds. Not reliable. Will get maybe half the speed you're paying for. If you have ANY other internet provider option then go with them. We have no other choice so unfortunately we're stuck.

Internet is ridiculously slow tried to fix multiple times never answered the phone when called save your marriage go to a different company.
