I always recommend this financial institution. From simple bank functions to lending they've been very accommodating and understanding despite the complexity of the situations. Service is always prompt. They are willing to do what is necessary to make their customers happy.

Their website and bank app were updated recently.Julia is top notch and great to work with. Their customer support is some of the best I have ever experienced.

This bank has no support for online banking. The only notifications sent out are via mail one week late. The online banking website seems cheaply made. You cannot do anything on the app except check your balance. Balances do not update for atleast 3 days after making a purchase. This bank is not ideal.
