The quality of Casey's pizza has gone down dramatically in the last 3 years. It's to the point it's not worth it and you're better off buying a frozen pizza ,because that's about what the quality of Casey's pizza has been reduced to and its 1/3 the price. For example, i paid $23 for "specialty"reg crust chicken bacon and ranch pizza with extra cheese , and it looks like a $4 frozen cheap pizza from the grocery store.

Every time I call to order out the lady on the phone is nothing but attitude and acts like she just doesn’t care about her job. Customer service is a must for me & I enjoy most of all the employees except one of them. Never had a problem otherwise.
