“Quick back story the truck I was driving today needed an alignment and completely ate up my two front tires to bare metal. So… I just wanted to say hands down Lane and Jose are one of the best examples of what customer service should look like, they have definitely raised the standard for a lot of employees that work in the auto business.
But the one I want to praise the most is Jose. I mean from helping me do a diy alignment and lending me his personal jack, this man deserves a raise. After we got it done and I started to drive out from the parking lot my front tire blew anyway and who did I call!, Jose! This man came to the truck stop that I managed to roll to and after getting off work and was starting to look for solutions, Jose went as far as finding me tires at junk yards and a personal friend who would assist me in everything I needed.
