Don't go to the Osceola store because all we have had is trouble with them and the guy there will not help us and they are brand new we have been to the Samsung store in Des Moines three times they said to take it back and exchange it we tried to and got in argument and got thrown out of store so went home and called Verizon and complain about him

Drove 30 miles to hopefully replace my SIM card the guy said we don’t carry SIM cards! Really?! so I asked to using the phone to call 800 Verizon so I could e-sim loaded on my iPhone 13 because of no phone service available on my iPhone he said no! Wrote on a card what I needed to do to get phone working properly, I inquired about purchase a new phone he informed me no unless I paid $500! I left shaking my head at such poor customer care!That evening I used a friends phone to call Verizon’s 800 # 2 hours later still no e-sim loaded!Two days later Creston’s Verizon was finally opened, I went in when it was just opening Jayme S. was there to give me the best customer care I have ever received with the Russell’s Verizon’s office! He was so helpful an loaded my e-sim a gave me options on new iPhone! I walked out 30 minutes later with a 15 plus iPhone an a plan I could live with! Thank you Creston’s office an Jayme S. for your excellent customer care!No thanks Mr Osceola Verizon for your non- caring customer care!!Sad way to run your so called customer care Osceola office!

was told i could exchange an iphone out for a samsung if i didnt like within 30 days, the box had a corner torn and they would not exchange. yay i have a $1500 peice of garbage.

The store said i had 30 days to decide on my purchase. I tried to go in and exchange it. The box was a little bent up and they wouldn't exchange. Poor service from what I expected from them.
