I called to get my car oil changed, and to make sure safe for out of state travel, they got me in next day. Picked my car up from my work and had my car ready before i got off. Pleasant people to work with.

Want to give a shout out to Dustin and his office, mechanic team from this establishment! Was on time and did a great job. He not only communicated very accurately and professionally also had our vehicle done in a timely manner. I did not have to call them for any updates as they provided them as they went. They handled everything and kept me up informed on my vehicle. Highly recommend these guys for your service needs!

Absolutely terrible experience at Fleetside Ford LLC. I’ll never bring my vehicle back here. The service department has zero communication — nobody calls you back, nobody gives straight answers, and it feels like they just don’t care.
My truck sat there way longer than promised, and when I finally got it back, the original problem still wasn’t fixed. To make it worse, the bill was higher than what I was quoted, and no one could explain why. Every time I asked a question, I got the runaround or attitude.
It’s clear this place values your money more than your time or trust. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle somewhere that actually respects its customers.

Jennifer in Ford service was efficient, helpful, and easy to work with. Everything related to the claim was handled quickly, and updates were provided without having to follow up. Always good to see strong communication and attention to detail. The support throughout the process was much appreciated.

Horrible service they would not even listen to my concern before very aggressively unprofessionally started defending themselves. They didn’t even know why they were defending themselves. The owner was like a child Who was trying to stand up for his employees having no idea why he was standing up for them to begin with. My car was running perfectly when I dropped it off. The only reason I went in was to take care of some recalls. Now my car is in my driveway and it will not start. Me and my four grandsons are now without a vehicle. Im new around here I should have listed to the locals they said not to take it to the ford dealership in Osceola. Think twice before taking your vehicles in to this place you might be walking to work.

Unless your car breaks down in Osceola and you have no choice, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP.
I called and they seemed very nice, knowledgeable and eager to help with my braking issue. They offered to pick up and drop off my car. They picked it up and promptly called to tell me I needed a new vacuum pump. $900. OK, do it i said. They called Friday before closing and told me a story about how a piece w came off the vacuum pump and tore through the engine. More hours at $135 per to find damage. Like a surgeon in exploratory surgery. Called back told me $3500 to repair. Ok. I scraped my savings to empty and borrowed all I could cause my engine is no doubt in pieces and this needs to be fixed. We are a one car family. They took their time. I guess the promise of $3500 isn't enough to garner any speed even though they knew I needed to work and had no car and they had no loaners. Then Fleetside calls back and they completed repairs but there is still a problem and they need 2 more labor hours of pay to diagnose. Or I can have my car back and it's running just slow to accelerate.
I can't afford more repairs and I'm a little distrustful at this point and think it might be wise to have someone else take a look at this new issue. At least I got a free battery for recall that was out.
Next day car dies on highway going to work. Finally get car home blowing clouds of black smoke and sputtering and dying like it was out of fuel the whole way.
Lose my job since I no longer have reliable transportation and I've missed too much unpaid time at work.
Fleetside Ford didn't tell me about the other quasi recall regarding fuel injector that fits my manufacture date and location. They must have been really upset they couldn't get 2 more labor hours out of me.
Before Fleetside came into my life I had a car that was hard to brake but would stop and would get me to work
After Fleetside I have a car with a monthly payment that won't run, may catch fire due to leaky fuel injector, no job, no way ti make car payment or repair loan payments
So, that's my story. You can proceed as you wish. Me, I will never Fleetside Ford. In 4-5 phone conversations they couldn't mention my car may catch fire and kill my wife and I. And I will never buy a Ford as long as I live. I doubt they care. Other people will buy them but I will not

FleetSide ford was absolutely amazing. My husband and I were there due to a family emergency, we needed to .are our truck road safe for a 10.5hr drive back home. FleetSide went above and beyond. Ensuring that the parts needed got there, they communicated with us diligently. One thing that most places dont have anymore is compassion, and kindness. But these guys have it all. It was a weight off of our shoulders having that open communication with them. Thank you guys! And big shout out to Logan!

I recently brought my truck into the Ford service department and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, efficient, and kept me well-informed throughout the process.
A special shoutout to Terry—he was incredibly helpful and honest, which I really appreciated. He took the time to walk me through what needed to be done, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and transparent in customer service these days.
Thanks again to Terry and the whole team for taking great care of my truck. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service needs!
