“Desiree is the best manager I have seen at these apartments at Southern Hills in Oskaloosa Iowa she cares about the tenants. She helps when necessary and is not only the property manager, but is like a friend Pre three needs more people like Desiree she deserves a raise. She goes above and beyond shoveling the snow off of the sidewalks not having a true maintenance man doing the work herself, trying to make people at these apartments happy with what little resources Pre three gives her so hats off to Desiree she stands above the rest sincerely Michael Grace 4/23/25”
