“HUGE shout-out to the amazing Kayla in MCG tech support! I could not remember my wifi PW and, after calling the after hours tech support number, received a call back within 5 minutes. It was Kayla and she was fantastic! She helped me remember/retrieve my wifi PW and also showed me how to get it on my own via the awesome MCG app. Kayla was kind, funny, engaging, just lovely! I have used many internet companies - across the country and over the years - and MCG is far and away the best! Best customer service, best people, best quality, best everything.”

We have been with US Cellular for 28 years and cannot remember ever having a problem. Plan on staying but would be nice if they would adopt benefits for dedicated customers.”
