Mr. Bozler was very helpful, explained every detail at least once or twice and made our two hour experience updating phones fun. He listened to us and did not attempt to sell us things we did not want. We came out of the store feeling we knew what we were doing and not at all confused. Thanks for making an experience we were dreading fun.”

“Walked into the store with what I thought was a problem with my phone. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant and fixed the problem. Out the door in minutes! We have been with US Cellular for 28 years and cannot remember ever having a problem. Plan on staying but would be nice if they would adopt benefits for dedicated customers.”
