“We had a good experience at the Verizon Wireless store in Oskaloosa. We are 70+ in age so updating our cell phones is usually not a pleasant experience. Mr. Bozler was very helpful, explained every detail at least once or twice and made our two hour experience updating phones fun. He listened to us and did not attempt to sell us things we did not want. We came out of the store feeling we knew what we were doing and not at all confused. Thanks for making an experience we were dreading fun.”
