One of the few that is willing to spend time explaining and showing you what problems you have and the cause of them. Very knowledgeable and not shy to pass that on to you. Very responsive and quick to act is what puts him over the rest. Wide selection of parts for your bikes and atv with most of them being in stock and ready to purchase without waiting. Great communication and personality is another feature Rick has that lacks elsewhere. Highly recommend
