“I sell online as well as traveling full time so deal with dozens of post offices all over the U.S. each year. Oskaloosa's post office is one of the best. Love their drop and go station for pre-paids and that packages are all scanned within an hour of being dropped off which is very important for seller metrics. In the few times I've needed a real person, they are efficient and friendly enough. Lines are low and fast. And it's nice to step into a nicely air conditioned post office as compared to most p.o.'s that are cheap on the a/c. I can't attest to the local delivery, but your p.o. location is spot on.”

“Always great service but today exceeded that. Like an idiot, I showed up 20 mins before the office opened. As I was leaving, a gentleman was pulling into the lot, assuming he was arriving for his shift, offered to take my package for me. I wish I would have gotten his name but I was too flustered by the act of kindness. Thank you for taking the time to be a kind human!”
