The employees there are absolutely phenomenal! They create a warm welcoming environment! I went in to check out their services and consider switching. The employees were very personable. One star isn't because of them, sadly it's about their manager who seems like he can't be bothered with anything. I witnessed the employees asking him questions (not just regarding me but other customers in the store as well) and the manager would make rude and snide remarks to them and not offer them any help. I also felt like the remarks the manager made was degrading to his employees and their knowledge but yet offered them no help. This could be an amazing store but I feel like they need to get that manager out of there. I would not want to work in a store with him leading it. I commend the employees for being so upbeat and as helpful as they were especially with that type of leadership! I did not end up making the switch because I just felt like I had to get out of that store because I couldn't watch that type of behavior from a manager.

They were good to a point that I asked them to help me get FaceBook onto my new phone an was told no one knew how. My point is that some of us aren't sure how to do this an if these sales people know so much about these phones why can't they help us to figure this out. The provider we had hooked us up to what we wanted so why can't these people. Just asking a question.

This place is extremely disappointing. I've been in every month since signing on with them, pertaining to my bill. I've been lied to at least 4 times. I like the phone service I receive, but the people working there have totally messed my experience up. From day one the lies started and continue to today. Honestly. A bunch of kids. That don't know what they are talking about. They lie and then lie and lie again to get commission. (And if they don't get commission, they just lie for fun)Go to a real store in a real city if you need anything.Friendly staff sure. Of course.

Highly upset needing my phone bill paid, and my brother goes to pay it for us and they only have one person who has Sprint system log ins. My brother came in to pay with cash and couldn’t because the person with the log ins was gone for the night, and this isn’t the first time we’ve had this issue. If you are a corporate store we will need everyone to be knowledgeable about all systems so there for they can assist every customer.

Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable on plans and devices. Plan pricing is very reasonable and coverage is better than what I was getting on us cellular.
