Always great service but today exceeded that. Like an idiot, I showed up 20 mins before the office opened. As I was leaving, a gentleman was pulling into the lot, assuming he was arriving for his shift, offered to take my package for me. I wish I would have gotten his name but I was too flustered by the act of kindness. Thank you for taking the time to be a kind human!

Ups was always a good way to ship but they must have new employees because Thierry service socks anymore. We have been waiting on several packages for a couple of weeks and they keep saying they are out for delivery but we never see them

Staff & the drivers are why I give 5 stars they're always professional, knowledgeable, I'm in & out of there & never have issues with damaged packages with deliveries, drivers are always kind. Only issue is the parking lot needs a larger customer parking area, would be amazing to get self scanners for larger packages especially during busy holiday drop offs...the hours are minimal & should be increased during busy periods. Other than that they're A+ with customers :) I appreciate all your hard work!!

This branch hired me for a full time 3-9 pre load and when I showed up for my first day of orientation I sat outside from 1240-2pm before ever getting anyone to notice me. I was on and off the phone with the recruiting agency too the entire time trying to get someone to come meet me for my scheduled orientation. Once someone finally noticed me I was told they never hired me and no one could help me. I drove an hour for this job. I was told recruitment never contacted them and I was just out the job because they weren’t even hiring. After spending I’ve ran hour waiting outside they facility doors. Not professional to play with peoples lives like this.

I cannot get ahold of a person to change how I want my packages left at my home. Doors are being left open when they try to put the package inside. I am very upset with the process of trying to contact a person to get this problem changed. I have been hung up myriad of times!! Bad service!!!

I was all about UPS for a while. Had bad experiences with USPS and the guy here was super friendly. Higher prices but I figured if the services are good it's worth it. Except their services aren't good. They completely destroyed gifts I had sent and didn't notify me they had ruined them until 12/23. The lady I talked to said they were covered by the insurance. Then UPS sent me a letter saying it was my fault they destroyed the items because I had used a (100% undamaged) used box instead of a new one and didn't use the specific type of padding they like. I'll never use UPS again. Prepare for them to destroy your items then tell you it's your fault instead of being accountable.
