If it were up to me, I’d give it zero stars; the electricity cost is unbelievable—this is a home where only two of us live, and we literally only sleep and shower here. I called once, and they just try to justify the absurd price they charge. I never paid this much in Atlanta or Florida.

Very few outages, fast back on when it has. Easy to reach on customer service. Reasonable cost.
