“First time in Ottumwa and first time at this Firestone. We got delayed a bit on schedule because i needed different lugs for my new snow tire/ time setup. That's definitely mostly on me for wait time but this particular crew actually drove to pickup the lugs that were arriving that afternoon but didn't get delivered (went out of there way). I'd give the atmosphere a 10 as well, since I ended up interacting for several hours with a few different groups of people I'd never met. It's always good to have someone to talk with since it makes wait time go faster. We were able to access several different locations via foot as well in the area. I'll certainly return to get some regular season tires once my current ones get bad. The goal was to find a place for alignments”

“Worked with Trevor to purchase our new Jeep. He was super friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. We were looking at a black Jeep and he got onto their inventory and happened to find a dark gray one that had more of what we wanted with our vehicle. He got the same worked up and the car detailed within hours of being notified of coming to pick it up.Jordan with finance was also pleasant to work with. Had a slight hiccup with paperwork with our trade and he was also very accommodating and friendly to the situation and did not make us reschedule our paperwork and pickup.”

“the truck I got didn't even last a day before transmission started leaking. so I'm on the hook with a truck that dont move. I specifically told them not to pull my credit. that my bank already approved my loan. and they pulled my credit a week before. they did that anyway. I had the money for tax title and registration in my pocket. they took it upon them selves to add that to the loan without asking. I pointed out a leak on the truck I bought. the guy lied and said it was just condensation from the ac. turns out I was right. the truck didn't survive 24. all they have now is excuses. this place is a extremely slimy place to go. the bottom of the barrel. never again will I deal here. run from this place.”
