“Our college student was in an accident, we're 2.5 hours away. We asked on our town's local social media if anyone had any body shop recommendations in Ottumwa and oddly enough, about 7 of our local friends hands down recommended Blackhawk. Working with Brad was a breeze and he went above and beyond to take care of our daughter and her car. It looks fantastic. Was nice to be able to have such a highly recommended place for our young daughter at a time that we couldn't be there. Would recommend 100% every time! Thank you!”
“Very responsive! They discussed the job w me and were fantastic about keeping me posted throughout. The service was fast, as well. No doubt they care about your automobile and you :) I highly recommend Rocky's!”
“I ended up losing my keys for my truck and Alex was able to get me 2 keys and a fob within an hour or so of contacting him. Drove out to my truck and got them linked to it and got me on my way within another hour. Fast service and affordable pricing for short-noticed work and top notch workmanship. Wouldn't recommend anyone else in their service area.”
“Christopher and Angie were amazing today! They came through and helped when they didnt have to! They went the extra mile when I was broke down. Its truly amazing to know there are still good people these days! ♥️♥️ I cant thank you enough for what you have done for me. If you need help dont hesitate to ask one of them. Truly a gift from god!”
“My Fiance and I were traveling and got broke down on the side of the road. The guys at Karz auto salvage were super accommodating and great customer service. They allowed us to take a look around for the correct part we needed which they were able to find, and offered us tools to help finish the job. We were welcomed inside for a cool breeze and refreshment and to wash our hands of grease. I could not be happier with the service we had here. Definitely recommend to anyone in need passing through the area.”
“Pretty decent little place. Wouldn't really know it was a Napa besides small sign on the building. Have a good portion of parts in stock and seems like they can usually have what they don't have in a day or so. Not sure who "works" for Napa and who "works" for Deere but almost always treated respectfully. Dark hair lady always seems rude but she doesn't seem to do much for parts. Overall really decent place and nice to not always be as packed as Autozone or Oreilly's.”
“Amazing service me and my friends were stuck in the packing lot for about 2 hrs , and they were nothing but helpful thanks to Wilson y and the 2 other employees that were working also ☺!.”
“Came here yesterday with my mom to get two tires put on her vehicle. Was told that one of them had a hole in the sidewall so we then went and got different ones and came back to have them put on. It was nice that the staff members were patient with us and didn't try and force us to buy Walmart tires because we don't have the money for that right now. Thank you for making a not fun experience better.”

“Anytime I have issues with my Mini Cooper or any other vehicle that I may have I will go to Resurrections Paint and Body . I have never had a experience quite like I had here. The service was exceptional and I was served with kindness and honesty. I left knowing that my car was running well and that I was not over charged or taken advantage of. Cayle and David are two wonderful people that provide excellent customer service and know what they are doing. We are lucky to have a place like this and I am happy to support local business!!!”
