Im having to have my bank dispute this so I can get my money back. it's seeming like he's not wanting to do a refund since I've given him back computer that didn't work. the bank said if he had issued it would have already showed up on their end. lucky for me I had him on a merged call and my bank heard our whole conversation the second time I was able to talk to him. the first time I had him on a merged call with them he was in a hurry to get off the phone stating he was busy with customers and that call lasted 36 seconds. I would just recommend not going to him and just got to Walmart for all your electronics needs.

I have spoken with the owner several times, asking for help. They're always very helpful and knowledgeable. If you need anything fixed/repaired, buy parts, whatever, I highly recommend Berry Patch IT Services. Great customer service and prices.

Wanted some dedicated computers to 3d print with, told him all i needed was for them to run a slicer program, bought 2 computers and neither of them will run a slicer program with the ancient graphics cards that are in them. Thanks Barry!
