“I had a great experience renting from Hertz in Ottumwa. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. Returning the car was quick and easy. I would definitely rent from this location again and recommend it to others.”
“Fast service and super attention to detail. They always call and ask after diagnosis to make sure I am on board with repair price BEFORE doing anything. I have used them for all my repair needs on multiple vehicles and I'm always impressed with the way they treat their customers - always friendly. They always get me in and out quickly and the job is always done right. Ottumwa is lucky to have them!”
